My name is Jody Mulgrew. I've taught music, ukulele, guitar, and voice in classrooms, small groups, and individual lessons for over a decade.
Anything that I've learned in my years studying, performing and teaching, I can share with you to take your playing and singing to that next level.

Jody has been our voice teacher for over 5 years now. He is a dream come true for us. I never thought I was able to sing. I actually had a fear of it. He assured me that I indeed did have a voice and he would help me find it. He did. The best part is he not only helped me to find my voice and sing, but he made it fun for me and my husband. He has a gift. Those of you who have him teach you will be very fortunate in so many ways other than just him being your voice teacher. I was recommended to Jody because I needed better breathing technique for my singing, since I had never had a proper vocal lesson and I was straining my voice. Jody was wonderful. With singing it is of course very personal and Jody makes you feel very comfortable and he is the consummate professional. He is also an excellent songwriter and guitarist, so if you are a singer-songwriter he can help with every solitary detail, from writing to singing to playing. I highly recommend Jody for anything from piano or guitar lessons to singing lessons to help with songwriting.
